GAMEOVERVIEWMix-Pair-Shareissoftwaretoactivelyengageyourclassinafun,interactivelearninggameusinganysetofquestions.Yousupplythequestions,andMix-Pair-Shareoffersstep-by-step,provenmethodsthatskyrocketstudentinteractionandlearning.Therearethreedifferentstructuresforthreetypesofpairinteractions:1)TimedPairShare,2)PairShare,and3)RallyRobin.Thethreestructuresaredescribedbrieflyhereandinmoredetailbelow.GameSetup:Enterasetofquestions,problems,orprompts.Connectyourcomputertoaprojector,televisionmonitor(s),oraninteractivewhiteboardsoallstudentscanseethegame.Nowyou’rereadytoplay.

ToSelectHowManyQuestionstoPlayUsetheUpandDownArrowbuttonstoselecthowmanyquestionsyouwouldliketoplay.Forexample,ifyouenter10questions,setQuestionsto10.Also,youhavetheoptionofplayingwithfewerquestionsthanyouenteredforthegame.Forexample,ifyouentered20questions,butonlywanttoplayusingthefirst10questions,usetheArrowbuttonstoselect10questions.Thefirst10questionswillbeusedforthegameandthelast10willbeturnedoff.

IfyouImportquestionsorusePreviewtoenterquestions,thegamewillautomaticallydetecthowmanyquestionsyouhave.Youcanalwaysaddmore(upto20questions)orusefewerquestionsbyusingtheUporDownArrowbuttons.Whenyousaveyourgame,allthequestionsenteredwillbesavedregardlessofthenumberofquestionsyouselect,soenteredquestionsarenotlost.ToPlayWithoutSavingAfterenteringquestions,youmayplaythegameimmediatelywithoutsavingbyclickingthePlaybuttonintheupperrightcorner.Ifyouwanttosaveyourquestions,itisrecommendedyoudosopriortoplaying.Again,itisrecommendedyoualsosaveyourquestionsetsinseparatetextfilesonyourcomputerasabackupsoyoumayeasilyimportyourquestionsinthefutureifnecessary.
