• Develop and expand a personal network of professionals
• Develop a complete, keyword-rich profile for your personal profile and organization profile on LinkedIn and Facebook
• Search for potential members• Ask your current members to activate their

• What do you hope to achieve?– Short term goals (3 months, etc)
• E.g. grow followers to xxx amount on Twitter within 2 months
– Long term goals (1 year, etc)• E.g. establish an engaging online community
on Facebook page

• Where are you going to emphasize your efforts on?– E.g. Growing engagement, growing email

• What type of content and who is target audience?– Content-rich database of materials– Reward followers/fans for helping you
meet your goal
