Condition-Based Service measures the condition of key parts subject to wear, tracks fluid levels and monitors your MINI’s time- and mileage dependent service requirements. Then simply get in touch with your MINI Dealership, who will provide expert care for you and your car. Staffed by highly trained personnel, your MINI Dealership is also equipped with the latest computer-aided information and diagnostic tools. Important data such as your chassis number, mileage and current service requirements are also stored on your car key, ensuring a quick assessment of your car’s status. Meaning that staff have more time to assist you. And naturally, your MINI Service Dealership will have Original MINI Parts available for any work to be done. In short - quality and safety are at the heart of MINI Service.

MINI Motorplan. All new MINIs sold in South Africa include a Motorplan maintenance contract of either 3 years/75 000 kms for the MINI One or 5 years/100 000 kms for all other models. This covers all service, maintenance and repairs resulting from normal wear and tear, excluding tyres and fuel. As with any maintenance agreement, there are certain exceptions which are clearly specified in the Motorplan agreement. Repairs resulting from negligence or accident damage are not covered. For all MINI models the contract distance can be extended up to 200 000 km, dependent on individual needs.

MINI Assist. In the event of a breakdown, MINI Assist is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at 0800 69 64 64 and 012 522 2929 for international callers. Specifically trained MINI technicians will do everything necessary to get your MINI back on the road, with telephone or on-site assistance as required. Car rental and/or towing of your car can be arranged if necessary.

MINI Accident Management. MINI Accident Management provides a managed response to an accidental vehicle immobilisation. The service includes using the MINI Approved Repair Centre network and overall coordination by the MINI Customer Service Centre, who will select and approve the best service suppliers in the industry.
