The Senior Team at Aspirin

Susannah Brade-Waring, Managing Director, Business Growth

Facilitator & Coach, was the Finance Director of an SME. Susannah is

a certified coach, Senior Practitioner in Motivational Maps and an

accredited Clarity4D Practitioner.

Heath Waring, Support Crew Director - Heath’s key role is leading

our Support Crew and managing our product offering of Motivational

Maps, Clarity4D and Mindshop online learning platform.

Paul Kinvig, Facilitator and Coach, is passionate about being a

catalyst for change. He has a background in media and economic

development/ sector growth, including 11 years at MD/ Chief Exec

level of the Weymouth Echo newspaper.
