Content of Session for Sports student at Balewadi , Pune for Psychological Training 1- Started with two minutes silence. 2- Ensure everyone having the pen and paper in their hand to note down the important points on the paper. 3- Then start with the remarks of various mind training institute for sports from different part of the world , basically one from Australia. Self Belief is the first criteria for the success 4- The examples of Best swimmers Phelps, Thorpe, who used to remain in calm and stable state during their match session and least distracted by the what is happing all around 5- The biggest hurdles “distraction”. 6- Then tried to mind out who had chooses to have the career in sports out of love , passion and their own interest? Or they had chosen out of coach, parent, friend or any other family member compulsion? 7- Psychologists had found out man used to run away from pain, if one love his/ her profession or the game , he/ she does not feel any pain out of it. 8- Practical Session 1: Keep your hand on the heart , and close your eye ask yourself “ Do I had chosen sports career out of compulsion.?” “ What are the promises I had make with self for this game?”…………………………… …………………………… At the end asked them to raise the hand “ How many of them like this game from the heart?” 9- Asked them tow write down factors what determine the success in the life. Patience Do not look at other Do not disturb the routine life . For the shake of gossiping and all do not remain awake or greedy to excess that disturb the life.

10- Applying the visualization techniques before the practice session started. Basically get up early morning sit of the while to lean new techniques

11- Be humble to ask and to learn new techniques, we can teach to stabilize the mind but new techniques to learn from coach.

12- Made the students realize about their greatness and greatness of their role to bring pride for our nation, I was trying to make the realize the role of Abhinab Bindra in bringing glory to our nation. In comparison there may be many film stars , for whom we were wasting our valuable time watching their action why should not use that time to make ourselves invaluable, definitely sports man use to be watched by whole nation and the whole world so one should focus on his performance and should enjoy in excelling. Entertainment is Ok once in a while in week for two hour or 3o min to 60 min in a day but too much distraction is not good.

13- 13 Advised them to focus on study when inside the school or class room , 6 hour inside class room enough for education if we are doing it with concentration. Education is essential, though because

of practice may not be getting sufficient time but while inside class whatever time one may get one should best use of that. If we do something properly that motivate to excel everysphere.
