TEAM MEMBER SPOTLIGHT

TDC is excited to welcome Merideth Savoie to the team. Merideth joins us with 15 years’ experience in Marketing within the Real Estate industry. Most recently she worked for Greystar as Marketing Manager for the Houston office. She worked with the Regional operations leaders in developing and executing marketing plans for a portfolio of 60 properties. Merideth became the marketing lead within Greystar for new developments where she created and implemented innova-tive marketing campaigns. Prior to joining Greystar, Merideth held the position of Marketing Manager for David Weekley Homes, a premier single family homebuilder group based in Houston. While in this position, she directed all development marketing initiatives and was responsible for managing email marketing and social media campaigns across 17 cities nationwide.

In her role at The Dinerstein Companies, Merideth will lead National Marketing efforts including directing creative firms to craft the property brand, develop marketing collateral and build property websites, determine property marketing budgets and targeted advertising mix, and generate strategies for digital marketing. A primary focus will also be enhancing the corporate website, and facilitating PR and media relations for the company. Merideth is also responsible for reviewing property analytics to achieve optimum traffic and leasing performance. Merideth has been married to her husband Scott for 14 years and they have three sons- Jayson and Justin who are 11 years old, and Ryan who is 7 years old. Most weekends are spent at soccer games, swim meets, and playing with the family dog Chuy.

PROPERTY SPOTLIGHT Millennium Rainey Street

This 8-story LEED Gold property includes 326 units and is cen-trally- located in downtown Austin along the increasingly propular Rainey Street District. Each unit will feature high-end finishes including stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and contemporary lighting. The property will also feature an amenity area on the 8th level swith state-of-the-art fitness center, club room, and infinity-edge pool, all overlooking the Austin skyline.

Leasing Office Opens March 2016LEED Gold

Sterling Summit, Reno, NV• The clubhouse and leasing office are complete and officially open.

Leasing has begun. • Framing crews are in the process of starting the fourth of five floors

on the property ’s first building. • Framing has begun on the property ’s second building and

concrete is in progress on the third building and parking deck.

• The project remains on schedule for an early August completion.

Millennium Rainey Street, Austin, TX• Interior drywall and exterior masonry are well underway throughout

the project. • The corner retail space continues to gain interest from several

potential local and national bar and restaurant operators. • Concrete is 100% complete and the views from the level 8 pool

deck are amazing. • The leasing office is scheduled to open in early March and 100%

of the property ’s units are scheduled to be completed by the end of May.

Millennium Kirby, Houston, TX• Interior drywall at the leasing offices and clubhouse amenity spaces

is scheduled to begin next week. • Exterior masonry and stucco is well underway in the first three

sections of the property. • The club, offices, and first residential sections are scheduled to be

completed and turned early first quarter, 2016. • The project continues to gain momentum and should be complete

by early summer, 2016.

The Vantage, Houston, TX• Level three of the 22 story project is scheduled to begin concrete

this week. • Site utilities and foundations are now 100% complete. • The 375 unit project remains on schedule for an early 2017

completion.

Millennium Mission Valley, San Diego, CA• Site work is officially underway in San Diego. • The project is off to a great start with utilities and foundations

scheduled to commence by year end.• The project’s 305 units, free standing retail, and live work units will all

be complete in late 2017.

Sterling Northgate, College Station, TX • Abatement is complete and demolition is well underway in College

Station. • The project’s site grading, foundation and utilities are all scheduled

to begin by year end. • Among several other amenities, the property will feature a roof

top pool and a 4,000 square foot fitness center plus private and group study rooms.

• The project is scheduled to be complete in early August, 2017.

Sterling District, Fayetteville, AR• The off-site leasing office is officially open and leasing has begun. • The first section of the property is dried in and drywall hanging has

begun. • The six story cast in place garage is scheduled to be complete

over the next two weeks.

• The project remains on schedule for an early August completion.
