An example of our work

Our findings show that Application Groups (groupings of tasks) inappropriately assigned to Positionscan pose great risks to health systems. Legal ramifications are extensive should a user be grantedunintended ability to access VIP patients, run reports and prescribe medications.

In this view, we determine that of the230 Application Groups, 22.6% areassigned to just 1 Position. Thisinformation helps us realize thatApplication Groups can be built moreefficiently, to be more function basedrather than Position based.

Examples of our workIn this view, we determine that of the 198Active Positions, 44.9% are assigned tojust 1 User. We collaborated with ourclient to combine many positions andultimately, provide their users the neededaccess but establish an efficient and riskaverse method of doing so.

In this view, we determine that of the11,652 Active Users, 55.8% areUnauthenticated Personnel (addednormally via interfaces) and 16% had notaccessed the system in the past 6 months. Lastly, we identify that only 3 users wereproperly assigned the 'Physician Indicator'.
