The in-house environmental testing capabilities at MtronPTI are unrivaled. Shock testing equipmentiscapableoftesting50,000g’sover5mSec.MtronPTI’sRFShieldedroomisratedat-120dbc,allowingtestingofphasenoiseandintermodulationmeasurementstobedone in-house.

The facilities have the ability to manufacture full precision crystal oscillators from raw quartz barstoSCandATresonators,whichincluderound,rectangular,andhighfrequencyinvertedmesa designs. Oscillator capabilities include both PC board and hybrid construction. MtronPTI alsoprintsandfiresitsownthickfilmhybridsubstratestoitsdesigns.Fullin-houseCNCmachining capability is available along with the ability to laser weld the internally machined housings. This capability allows for substantial improvement in prototype turnaround and manufacturing control.
