Greek SaladServes: 4

10 oz./285 g romaine salad greens1 cucumber1 tomato

1 cup black olives2 green onions cup Greek dressing cup crumbled feta cheese

Add cucumber, tomato, black olives and green onions to the base of Quick Chef ProSystem. Turn handle to coarsely chop. Combine the salad greens, cucumber, tomato, olivesand green onion. Toss with cup dressing. Top with the cheese and, if you choose, warm pitacrisps (see below).

Pita Crisps Salad Topping

4 pieces pita bread, quartered tsp. dried oregano1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil

Preheat oven to 350 F/175 C. Place the pita on a baking sheet. Drizzle the bread with oliveoil. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt and pepper. Place in the oven for 10 minutes, or until thepita is crisp. Along with cheese, top salad with pita crisps.

Peanut Butter Granola BitesMakes: 10 bites

cup peanut butter4 tbsp. butter4 tbsp. honey

1 cup rice cereal1 cup rolled oats cup dried cherries or cranberries

In the 2-cup Micro Pitcher, combine honey, peanut butter and butter. Microwave on high

power one minute or until melted; stir until smooth. Pour over cereal, oats and cranberries.

Using an Ice Cream Scoop, shape mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet.
