Inserting a Picture

Place cursor where

Picture will be inserted

Click Insert tab

Select From File

Find and select picture to be inserted

Click Insert

Click Format tab

Select Picture

Find the Size Tab

Click OK

Enter Height

Click Crop Button

Click and drag

Edge handle to

Reduce width of

picture

Handles from any edge

may be moved to crop

from the sides, the top or bottom

Select Format Picture

to make fine adjustments

Right-click

anywhere on the

picture to bring up

format menu

Select Picture tab

Cropping information

can be manually

entered in these boxes

Adjust cropping and sizeinformation until bothheight and width are equal.

Right-click

anywhere on the

picture to bring up

format menu

Select Format Pictures

Select Layout tab

Select Tight to make

text wrap tight around

picture

Click OK
