The aim of the project is to assist doctors in preforming medical check ups on the kids. Provide sanitation tips to the kids.For example; How to properly wash hands to prevent diseases and to check on the nutrition of the kids and to check whether food consumed is nutritious.

"The exchange participant will be trained and briefed about the issue of HIV AIDS in India by various NGOs.He/she will also get to interact with HIV patients and communities. There will also be field trips in various localities organised by the NGOs. The intern also is expected to document these activitiesThe intern is expected to conduct workshops & sessions on AIDS awareness in various institutes and localities. Also the intern is expected to plan creative and innovate activities to instill the concept of HIV AIDS in the mind of children and the youth"

The Intern will be accompanying patients in the two hospital units of Trieste. Intern will be responsible to transfer the patients to the hospital involving units of emergency and ordinary hospitalization and outpatient basis.
