Delivered by academics and industry practitioners our programs are designed to help you discover new ways of thinking, learn new skills, test new approaches in a safe learning environment, and apply practical tools back in the workplace.

How we work with organisationsCustom Programs are designed specifically for your organisational needs and can be delivered anywhere that is convenient for you - in-house, on-site at one of MGSM's facilities or at a suitable third party venue. We work in partnership with you to design programs that develop the leadership and management capability your employees need to navigate today's rapidly changing world. Custom programs can include single or multiple units of the MBA giving participants the opportunity to articulate into our globally recognised MGSM MBA.

The customisation process begins with a diagnostic phase where we gain a better understanding of your unique cultural and business challenges. In the design phase our team works in partnership with you to arrive at a solution which incorporates your beliefs and values organisational and individual objectives. During the delivery phase we stay connected with you to ensure smooth implementation. We then follow through with post-program support through coaching and evaluate the program’s impact in terms of changed behaviours, new knowledge, and modified beliefs.
