This publication is a compilation of news from the

social war in Mexico during the year 2011. It took us

a bit longer than we had hoped to complete it, but we

feel it is still valid as a tool to communicate theactions and communiqus of Anarchist Action groups

throughout Mexico to the English-speaking world.

Over the last few years, Anarchist direct action has

been expanding throughout Mexico, both in quantity

and in force. 2011 was in no way an exception, with

every-day conflict with the State more and more

evident. We make special note of Black September inwhich the social war waged by Anarchist Action groups

was at its strongest. We hope that 2012 can be even

stronger, not only in Mexico, but in every corner of

the Globe. Through these communiqus we can learn

that we dont need to be a professional to carry

out attacks such as these, but that anyone is capable

of attacking the State and its symbols of power.

Many of the communiqus included in this publication

were translated by comrades from various websites,

Bomb threat call to the Centre of Investigations of Advanced

Studies, which is dedicated to the growth of bio-technology and

genetic manipulation in Guanajuato. After an extensive search, a boxin gift-wrapping was found containing a green monkey toy was found

inside the centre.

Package bombs sent to professors at the Faculty of Superior Studies

freed, one KFC was vandalised, another attacked with fire, and an

attempted arson attack on an Ostrich Farm.

Jalisco cells, the Mexican Fire Cells Conspiracy (CCF)

simultaneously attacks capital in Mexico City and Jalisco,

setting fire to the Wal-Mart on Calle Luis Donaldo Colosio in the

Buenavista area of Cuauhtmoc, Mexico City and torching thePabelln shopping mall on Avenida Patria in Guadalajara, Jalisco.

A bomb threat in Polanco, one of the richest zones of Mexico City,

led to the mobilisation of the Special Reaction and Intervention

Group, elements of the Secretary of Public Security of the Federal

District and ERUM ambulances. Around 15:00, staff at a Banamex

Bank and hundreds of office workers were evacuated from a

commercial building, after a report of a bomb threat from insidethe building. After an extensive revision of the stairs, offices

and bathrooms, the elements of the Special Reaction and

Intervention Group informed that it was a false alarm.

Duringtheweekofthe22ndtothe27thofFebruarythisyear[2011],wesenttwoexplosive packets to the directors of two penitenFaries; to the director of theReclusorio Preven6vo Varonil Norte and to the director of entro Varonil deReadaptacinPsicosocial(CEVAREPSI),bothofwhichareprisonsinMexicoCity,asweknowitthisacFonwascompletelycoveredupandcensured.ThisFme,thepacketscontainedvariousvariaFonsincomparisonwiththosesentonearlier occasions to the Chilean embassy, as they contained a capsule of ammonia

nitrateinlimitedquanFtyamongothertechnicaldifferencesforiniFaFon.ThisacFonforms part of a campaign against theGDF which aims to recruit ciFzens as prisonguards.ItwaselaboratedwithagreatquanFtyofexplosiveasthisFmewewerentgoingtohaveconsideraFonforthosethatmayopenthem,asanyonewhoconformstothepenitenFarysystemisanaccomplicetothetortureinflictedagainsttheprisoners,obviouslywearereferringtotheprisonguards;tothedoctorsthatsupposedlycarryout humanitarianwork but that consciouslymaintain complicitywith the State; todirectorsandtacFcalandrepressivegroups.ThepacketswereelaboratedwiththebestofprecisionastoavoidacFvaFngaccidentally.

Onthisoccasionwedecidedtodirectourselvesagainstthetwotypesofprisonsforhumans. Thesedamned insFtuFons thathave takenuphundredsofyearsand haveNEVERresolvedANYTHING.TheserepulsiveexterminaFoncentres,thosethatdegradepeople,thatrepressthem,torturethem,reducethemandtreatthemasiftheyweretheworstwastethateverexisted.Andiftheyarelucky,afewcanleavefromthereconservingtheiressenceandtheirdignity,eventhoughthemarkswillalwaysremainintheirmemory.Rightnowthereare somanyofourcompaerxskidnappedandheldintheseplacesandaswellsurelytherearemanythatmayreadthiscommuniquthathavedearonesequallytrappedwithinthesehorribleplaces.Theymaybe innocent or theymaybe responsible for theacts forwhichthey areaccused;butattheendofthedayweallknowthatthelargemajorityofthecrimesthatarecommiedareconsequencesofthesystemthatmakesusbelievethatpoliFcalandeconomicpoweraboveallgiveushappiness.

Wearesickoflengagroupofuselessbureaucratsdecidewhodeservestobefreeandwhodoesnt.WiththestandardsthatgivethemcorrupFonandmoney.Andwearenotonlyspeakingoftheprisonswithbars,butalsothosethathavecushionedwalls,drugsalltheFme,electro-shocksandnegligenceastheirorderoftheday.Wealso

wanttospeakabouttheseforgoenplaces,intenFonallyforgoen,bysociety.TodayinMexicothereare2.7psychiatristsforevery100,000inhabitantsandwithadesFned0.85%oftheirbudget.Isthissufficient?Ofcoursenot.The intenFonisnot tobedefendersofthosethatclearlycannotdefendthemselvesforbeingFedtoahospitalbedorforbeingdruggedinadequatelyandunnecessarily24hoursa day so as not to annoy. No, the intenFon is to make us think about the reality thatthousandsofpeopleareliving,thosethatdonthaveavoiceforbeinglabelledcrazies.People that are equally locked up, only for having depression, for not thinking likeeveryoneelse,forlookingdifferentorsimplyfornotaccepFngthisabsurdreality.

It is necessary to fight against these places that annihilate minds and that are equallyabhorrent,butmanypeopleperhapsdontseeitbecausetheydontsufferit,becausetheydonthaveanyone inside theseplaces,because itsimplydoesntaffectthemdirectlyorbecausetheyfeelthatthesethemesaredelicateonesandthatarenttheirstothinkabout.Butthisisthereality,anditisanerrortokeeponreproducinganddraggingalongsincesomanyyearsbefore,itisonemoreerrorthatweighsuponourshoulders.Andifallofusknowthatitdoesabsolutelynothing,whydoweletitgoon?Andreally

whohastherighttotakeawayourfreedom?Thosewhotheycalljudgesofourlives?Wethinkitisimportanttoreflectaboutifprisonsreallyworkoriftheyareonlyusefultocauseusfearofbeinginsidethem,toseeiftheyhaveservedtheterrorthathasgrowninus,theprizeforbeingaexemplaryandnormalci6zenandtoabidebyalltheordersthattheygiveyouorfacepunishment, ifyoustepoutoflineyouwillgotoprison.Butthetruthisthatwhateverbehaviorthatstepsoutoftheparametresofwhatisnormalissaidtobebadanddeservespunishment.Thereisnothingelse,youmusthavefear(morethanrespect)forauthorityandexpect

Duringtheweekof22to27FebruarywesentaparcelbombtotheheadofMonsantoMexico,whichwasmadeinthesamewayastheexplosivepacketswhichweresenttothetwoprisondirectors.Weknowthatnewsof thispackagewasmerelyhidden likethe last

two and also the last one which was sent to the Embassy of Chile [for the 14 AugustHungerstrikers].ButmanypeoplewillwonderwhyMonsanto?Monsanto is one of the worlds most powerful companies that own most patents ofgeneFcallymodifiedcornamongotherpatents.Monsantoforitshistoryofexistence,daFngfrom1901,isdedicatedtodestroyingtheplanetthroughdifferentways:polluFonofrivers,oceansandecosystemsthroughthedischargeofferFlizersandagrichemicals,destrucFonofnaFve cultures and their customs, privaFzaFonofNature, poisoning the land,making itinferFle, producing transgenic corn and prevenFng people from planFng naFve cornanymore or Creole. Javier was part of the Environmentalist CampesinoOrganisaFon of the Sierra de Petatl and Coyuca de Bentez (OCESP) in Guerrero,who forvariousyearshavebeendedicatedtothedefence(usingradicalmethods)oftheforestsandecosystemsofthemountainsofGuerrero.TheyhavealsofoughtagainsttheaacksofdrugtraffickersbackedbytheGuerrerogovernment,whowithviolencetaketheforests,cutthemdownandconstructfarms,latertosendthewoodtoCanadianandNorthAmericanmills.Wearesickofalloftheseabusesofpowerandwewillnotkeeplengthemhappen,onlyusingpacifist/passivemethods.Itisnecessarythatweexpandthesocialwaronallfronts,as

On the first of September the press reported that a package containing explosivematerial had been found in scienFfic research laboratories within the School of

Well,theremaynothavebeenriotsinMexicoCity,butthesamedidntoccurinthecityofChilpancingo in the state of Guerrerro, as various banks, shopping centres, businesses,traffic lights and vehicles were destroyed by young encapuchad@s, as were variousconveniencestoreslooted,morethanthirtypeoplebeingarrestedduringtheriots.InotherpartssuchasOaxacaandChiapasanarchistpresencewasalsonotedinthemarches.
