Dear All, Kindly be informed that you have several methods of payment to renew your membership:- 1. By cash 2. By cheque or wang pos payable to Malaysian Society of Clinical Psychology and mail to Dr Firdaus Mukhtar, Jabatan Psikiatri, Fakulti Perubatan & Sains Kesihatan , Universiti Putra Malaysia, 43400 Serdang Selangor. 3. Transfer to MSCP Maybank's account 5140 9311 7359 (MBB Jln Raja Muda KL) , email [email protected] . Please scan and email receipt as evidence of payment to [email protected] or fax the proof of payment to 03 8941 4629 , or SMS Firdaus Mukhtar at 012 302 6353 with details of your names, time, amount etc that would be easy for me to trace the record. 4. For members in overseas, please choose any type of method as mentioned above. For renewal, 1. Full member is RM120 2. For student is RM50 To register as New Member, 1. Full Member is RM140 (RM20 is for processing fee) 2. For student is RM70 (RM20 is for processing fee)
