    Kindly refer the Metasolv roll out plan communicated vide letters onder reference. It isproposed to roll out the Metasolv integration project in the remaining SSAs as per the list in theAnnexure 1. It is pertinent to mention that a series of Webinars has been conducted to educatethe field Node In Chargesl SSA Broadband coordinators regarding inventory template filling andDOs and DONTs while creating orders in Metasolv.

    In order to achieve smooth coordination in collecting quality DSLAM Inventory, it hasbeen decided that SSAs will interact with respective RPOPs/NOCs of BBNW in consultationwith ITPC Zonal centres as conveyed vide letter under reference (2). The SSA will present thedata to concerned zonal Data centre. ITPC team will validate the data and send it to P3/NIBteam for migration. The respective RPOP/NOC team will continuously interact with the SSAswhich are planned for migration with reference to DSLAM inventory collection, intimation aboutthe roll out date, accessibility of inventory reservation application etc. Also useful documentslike User manual, Inventory Change Management guidelines, procedures in filling the DSLAMinventory template, Dos and DONTs for successful migration etc is available in Metasolv roll outfolder in the login page of www.bbnwintranet.bsnl.co.in

    As this is a project spanning across multiple systems of BSNL, the cooperation of eachand every unit including ITPC, SSAs, P3, Multiplay and CDR systems are very much essential.It is hereby requested that all stake holders including SSAs, ITPC, Vendors, BBNW RPOP/NOCfollow the schedule strictly as in the Annexure 1. All SSAI Node In charges are requested to useREMEDY TROUBLE TICKETING PACKAGE for booking & expeditiously resolving the pendingcases.
