Saudi Arabia - King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Project for the Development of Security Forces MedicalSaudi Arabia’s largest medical project, and also the largest medical project in the Middle East - the estimated $6.7bn King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Project for the Development of Security Forces Medical Complexes. This comprises two separate medical cities for security forces that are being developed in Riyadh and Jeddah on behalf of the Kingdom’s Interior Ministry (MOI).
Saudi Arabia - King Abdullah Security Compounds - Phase 3 (KAP 3), Phase 4 (KAP 4) and Phase 5 (KAP 5)KAP 3 - the $4.1 billion contract to construct 620 security compounds in a various location across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. KAP 4 is worth $1.2 billion and involves the construction of 13 sport recreational facilities along with planned dormitories across various areas. KAP 5 is a follow-on project to KAP 3 and KAP 4 and is worth $1.2 billion.

Oman - Adam AirbaseThis project involves the construction of the Adam Airport in Oman. Once completed, the airbase will facilitate 250,000 passengers per year, as well as the defence quarter for the storage of 12 Eurofighter Typhoon Aircraft from 2017. The project involves all the necessary structural and infrastructural works for the airport including runways, aircraft wing, passenger terminals, and air traffic control centre, satellite structures, baggage control systems etc.
Kuwait - Kuwait Metro Project Kuwait’s Metro Project is estimated to be worth about $20 billion. The three-line system will include 61 stations and cover the entire capital. A 23.7km line will run from Salwa to Kuwait University, with 19 stations. Another 21km line will run from Hawally, stopping at 27 stations to end in Kuwait City. A third line is supposed to stretch 24km from Kuwait International Airport to Abdullah Al Mubarak area, passing through 15 stations.
