Please be aware

Our Set Buffet Option offer excellent choice and great value for money saving you the time choosing what to have we’ve do it for you. Of course, there always the option to add more, just let us know on the booking slip. Please be aware Nuts, Gluten, Dairy and other allergens are present when preparing foods. If you have any allergy’s or dietary requirements, please let us know.

Food orders and final number are required no later than 3 weeks prior to your chosen date. For 2 and 3 course menus the following applies and can be read on the menus.

“Choose a choice of no more than 3 Starters, Mains and desserts for your event. A pre-order is required no

later than 3 weeks before your chosen date, along with names. We highly recommend menu choices are

Cancellations; for whatever reason you may need to drop numbers within the required 3 weeks’ notice, this may be negotiated if cancelled any later than 1 week before not substitutes of refund will be given. If the whole event needs to be cancelled within a certain time 1-year full refund 6motnths to 1yr 75% refund 2months to 6months 50% refund the chosen date to 2 months dependant on circumstances 25% refund. The refund amount depends on what’s been paid to date, the cost of this covers hire deposits and cancellations charges, and administration charges.

Alcohol is served to OVER 18’s only NO ID NO SERVICE. You cannot consume your own alcoholic drinks, soft drinks and Food on the premises, unless agreed prior to the event with a corkage fee. If caught you will be asked to “hand over” what it may be and it will be disposed of, if you refused you’ll be asked to leave. If you do not co-operate the function will be stopped.

We do require a damage waiver of £100 to be paid at the time of the deposit being paid. This amount will be returned to you at the end of the event if no damage is cause, however if damage has been caused some or all of the waiver maybe withheld until further investigation. Reasons why this may be kept include: Broken Plates, Broken crockery (Cups and Saucers), Broken Glasses and bottles, Sick anywhere on the premises, damage to the toilets i.e. broken seats, taps, doors, blockages, damaged tables and chairs but the damage is not limited to the above this will be at the discretion of the on-duty supervisor or manager.

Any form of abusive language or physical violence (but not limited to these) toward any member of staff will not be tolerated at any point. The guest causing distress will be removed from the event and if the behaviour continues from other guests they will either be removed, or the event shut down.

Drug at not allowed on the premise at any point or out the front or by the side of the pub. Regular toilet check are made by staff and door supervisor though-out the night. If a guest is caught they will be removed from the event, if there is a continued use of drugs the event will be shut down.
