Note: By following the below steps this issue can be resolved in 5-10 Minutes that will significantly

reduce the resolution time, which occurs if standard incident management process is being followed.

Menu Options under OMS & WMS not working.

Possible cause: - The issue occurs because the recommended IE settings for SeLECT UPGRADE are not

done in local system.

Issue Description:-

When user clicks on WMS/OMS from the DHL landing Page, the different menu options appears (refer

below). Under these Menu options there are sub-menu options. These sub menu options do not appear

on mouse click on some machines.

Steps to Resolve:

Perform the below recommended IE settings:-

Step 1:

Go to IE Tools internet options security select trusted sites click on Sites.

Add the entry for *.dhl.com.

Step 2:

Go to IE Tools internet options Security Local Intranet Sites Advanced.

Make entry for- https://spl.dhl.com

Step 3:

Go to IE Tools internet options Security Trusted Custom level make the below changes

Step 4:

After making all the IE settings as described above, close all the IE sessions and launch a new IE session

by following the below step:-

1.) Press ‘Windows+R ‘from the keyboard and type iexplore –nomerge in the run screen.

2.) Click on OK.

3.) Before entering the URL in the address bar, click on the compatibility icon present at the right

end of address bar(refer below):-

4.) Now, enter the SU URL (https://spl.dhl.com) and start using.
