This Certificate of TVET Program Registration is hereby grantedpursuant to Republic Act No. 7796 creating the Technical Education and SkillsDevelopment Authority (TESDA) and in accordance with TESDA BoardResolution 98-03 on the Establishment of the Unified TVET ProgramRegistration and Accreditation System (UTPRAS) dated January 23, 1998and TESDA Circulars No. 17 and No. 12 Series of 2OO7 Omnibus AmendatoryGuidelines on UTPRAS as amended by TESDA Circular No. 45 Series of 2007.

Furthermore, the lnstitution must comply with the following:

1 . Within a period of one year upon the effectivity of an updated TrainingRegulations (TR) and upon due notification from TESDA, a WTR programshall be submitted for re-evaluation and re+egistration in acmrdancewith the updated Training Regulations. A program which is notre-registered within the prescribed period shall be subject to closureproceedings.

2. Students graduating from a WTR program shall undergo mandatoryassessment as a requirement for graduation. WTR programs shall bereviewed after the first three (3) batches of the programs based on theemployment and certification rates of the graduates which shall not belower than the regional/sectoral average. WTR programs with employ-ment and certification rates lower than the regional/secloral average forthree (3) consecutive batches shall be subject to closure proceedings.

3. All registered programs shall be subject to regular compliance audit byTESDA or a recognized auditing body to ensure continuing compliancewith the minimum standards.

4. The TESDA Regional/Provincial/District Director shall be informed of anychanges in trainer/s and shall subsequently issue a certification as to thenew trainers with conesponding NTTC numbers.

lncentives shall be extended to institutions which are consistentlyperforming within the above prescribed standards.

This Certificate of TVET Program Registration shall be subject torevocation should the institution fail to faithfully comply with the rules andregulations governing the ofiering of TVET programs prescribed by theAuthority.

This Certificate shall not extend to any other program or any otherbranch of the lnstitution.
