seeking a Recruiter for our client in Essex Junction, VT. This is a full time, six-month temporary opportunity. The ide-
al candidate will have at least one year of full-cycle Recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing/production.
Candidate must have strong computer skills including applicant tracking systems and MS Office. Ability to work in-
dependently is a must.
Summary:
The Recruiter develops and implements strategic recruiting plans, utilizes social media and recruitment databases,
and manages vendors to deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner.
Essential Duties:
Perform full life-cycle recruitment for hourly production positions.
Consistently manage a requisition quantity of 50 or more positions.
Develop recruitment strategies: direct sourcing, advertising, social media, research and referrals.
Provide Hiring Managers with competency-based selection recommendations.
Manage candidates throughout the interview process and collect feedback.
Collaborate with HR representatives throughout the selection process.
Conduct reference checks; manage offers and related details.
Perform other relate duties as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business desirable.
Experience with high-volume Recruiting; preferably in manufacturing/production.
Ability to meet recruitment challenges through experience and market knowledge.
Strong computer skills; MS Office; Applicant Track System experience; Taleo a plus.
Ability to meet deadlines; excellent communication skills.
Self-starter with ability to function independently.
Professional demeanor and confidentiality.

The Vermont Department of Labor, Workforce Development Division, will be hosting a Community and Mili-tary Veteran’s Job Fair on Monday, September 11th from 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Sheraton Conference Center on Williston Road, So. Burlington. Open hours for employers to set up will be 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. There is no cost for employers or job seekers to attend! This event will be open to the general public and will take the place of the Annual Veteran’s Job Fair that we normally hold in conjunction with Veteran’s Day.
We will be creating a schedule of presentations for both employers and job seekers at this job fair…….more details to follow!
