The Vision UnfoldsHomes, lifestyles, and friendships will flourish as the Tegavah vision comes to life. Coming soon will be a choice of residential offerings. For those who wish to design and build their dream home from the ground up, custom home sites will be available. Buyers who are more comfortable purchasing a home from a builder’s plan or model will have that opportunity as a select list of quality builders will be invited to sell their homes in the community. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2015 on the community’s planned social and fitness amenity. Designed by award-winning architect Mark Tate of Tate Studio Architects in Scottsdale, the

gathering place will embrace the stunning terrain and mountain views. “Live in the view,” as Tate describes it. A demonstration kitchen for cooking classes as well as a weight room, fitness center, movement studio, social and multi-purpose areas, an outdoor pool and hot tub, tennis courts and pickleball are currently included in the plans. A new golf shop is also in the design phase, to complement the 18-hole championship golf course that is a true hidden gem in the desert. Golfers might even catch a glimpse of a wild horse or roadrunner while playing. The course is open and available for public play.
