Learn about mediaTRUST:

• we monitor more than 450 newspapers, 800 websites, 13 television

stations, 10 radio stations. We also offer international monitoring.

• the outcome of press monitoring is rendered available on-line on the

Internet platform around the clock, 7 days a week;

• newspapers and major weeklies are monitored and clippings are made

available on the platform and via e-mail by 8:00 AM, regional

newspapers by 3:30 PM, followed by other papers. The e-mail report

can be sent in different formats, such as: html, doc, xls or xml.

• television and radio stations are monitored on an ongoing basis, and

the recorded files are made available on the Internet platform within

2.5 – 3 hours after broadcast;

• we render image reports, qualitative and quantitative analyses,

summaries and translations in English or French as required by the

Client;

• the platform offers a range of tools that makes it easier to work with the

results of the monitoring. Such tools are depicted in the next pages and

some of them are: selecting individual or several materials to work with,

export in Excel files, generating reports with selected materials, sending

e-mails with selected materials, statistics, setting up alerts, setting up an

own online monitoring using for free the AMI (Automatic Monitoring of

the Internet) tool, generating different formats of materials (jpg, pdf,

png, tif, doc, etc), RSS feed, etc

The Platform allows browsing and analyzing the outcome of daily media monitoring. All found materials are available on-line around the clock.The Platform is also an electronic archive of publications. Files are available in various text and graphic formats.

Description of materials on the Platform

Materials on the Platform are described according to criteria indicated by the user, which makes it easier to analyze them. The list of descriptions includes rating (the overtone of publication), calculation of advertising equivalent, and readership volume of the paper.

After clicking the icon „More parameters” on the home page of the Platform – we can select descriptions of materials that are of interest to us.

Highlighting keywords

To facilitate information search in press materials, the system automatically highlights keywords defined by the user. It is also possible to change highlighted keywords independently.

To change highlighted keywords please click the icon „keywords highlight” on the home page of the platform.

Generation of Excel file and report ready for printout

The Platform facilitates generation of reports in various formats. This makes it easier to analyze collected data.

To generate a file please click a chosen icon: Statistics, XLS (Excel file) or Report.

Report can be generated as doc and pdf files with an option of color or black-and-white version. The Client can also edit the heading and text of the report.

Automatic notification (SMS&mail)

The RSS channel with publications

With notifications of new publications the user has the information even without an Internet access, as notifications can be sent as SMS.

RSS channels render prompt access to publications. RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is technology that allows browsing information on websites selected by the user as soon as it appears. It is enough to download suitable software, the so-called reader, which saves information in one place and classifies it according to specifications indicated by the user. The reader downloads from the IMM website information on new publications in media monitoring as soon as they are monitored and put forward on the Internet platform!

It can be compared catalogues or terms used for evaluation
