Top radio stations give away amazing prizes at Modhesh World

More than 10 English and Arabic radio stations from the UAE are giving away amazing prizes as part of various competitions run by them at Modhesh World 2015. Visitors and residents from various nationalities are participating in the bi-weekly fun contests taking place in Hall 7 throughout the duration of Modhesh World 2015, which will close on 29 August, 2015.

The contests challenge participants’ ability to answer a diverse range of questions including Modhesh World facts or get them to attempt artistic activities to engage audiences of all ages. Some of the participating radio stations include Arabian Radio Network (ARN) channels - City 1016, Al Arabiya 99, Al Khaleejiya, Virgin Radio Dubai, TAG 91.1 as well as Al Rabia 107.8 and Radio 1 amongst others. The contests take place twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Visitors can look forward to winning cash prizes, Modhesh World swipe cards loaded with AED 500, and much more. So far 20 winners have taken home some of these fantastic prizes by emerging winners of the contests. The Modhesh World swipe cards can be used to play games, enjoy rides or redeemed towards food and beverages purchases in the food court.

In addition to being a fun opportunity to win rewards, the contest also helps visitors learn more about Modhesh World events and other tourism attractions of Dubai.

Modhesh World is organized by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), an agency of the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). The 16 th edition of Modhesh World, which kicked off on 9 July 2015 at the Dubai World Trade Centre and runs until 29 August under the theme- ‘Every step is a new adventure’, has many other features and facilities including exclusive souvenir shops showcasing Modhesh World memorabilia, an array of dining outlets featuring a variety of cuisines, in addition to two dedicated lounges for families to relax. Spacious parking spaces and affordable ticket prices together with world-class entertainment makes Modhesh World a great choice for kids and their families to enjoy the perfect summer holiday, right here in Dubai.

Modhesh World opens at 9am until midnight from Saturday to Wednesday and from 9am to 1am on Thursdays and Fridays. The entrance fee is AED 20 for kids and adults and entry is free for kids under 3 years of age.
