Profile in brief

The journal LEBENSMITTEL PRAXIS is the modern trade medium for mar-ket operators and can boast the highest number of copies sold in the sector (IVW 2 / 2016). Its core target group are the entrepreneurial-driven, self-employed businesspeople, market managers, branch managers, assistant managers and departmental managers in the food trade. The trade-centred specialist information covered by LEBENSMITTEL PRAXIS ranges from hands-on, service-oriented and market-consistent information as well as added-value-driven content with direct usability for the core target group, to strategic and background-relevant issues, and even grass-roots-level information focussing on sales and product ranges with specific recom-mendations for sales activities. What’s more, LEBENSMITTEL PRAXIS also supports training and furthers careers in the food trade. In its role as a “com-munications service provider”, it offers far more than merely the magazine: our digital offerings, numerous activities and events for the branch, coupled with the well-known trade and consumer surveys, such as HIT and Product of the Year, offer the trade an ideal community, and the industry the perfect setting for effectively addressing the target group on a long-term basis.

Target group LEBENSMITTEL PRAXIS focusses on success-orientated business peoplewho are either self-employed and operate one or several shops, or who manage a branch. The kb sizes given for each advertising medium are maximum sizes and are the sum total of all the data making up the advertising medium (incl. any fi les to be subsequently loaded, sniff er code, images, etc.).

We need the following metadata to be sent with the media:

Only fl ash layer and streaming formats may contain sound. Such advertising media must have a clearly visible button “sound on/off ” or “mute” or a clearly identifi able symbol or icon, e.g. a speaker.Streaming ads may only start with “sound off ”. Only when the user has clearly indicated his intentions (by clicking or mouseover) may the sound be activated. At the same time the user must always be able to deactivate the sound by clicking or mouseout.Reporting: for the use of advertising media on the Website we can provide an evaluation of the ad impressions and ad clicks on request.
