Career Day ServicesSchedule a hiring event for your company

We do all the sourcing, screening, and candidate scheduling. You do the interviewing!

Here is how it works

1. We identify both passive and active candidates through a targeted selection process that includes database profile matching, posting on the

major job boards, candidate phone screening, branding on social media and email marketing.

2. We match candidates to your position by experience, qualifications and the position preferences you provide us with.

Applicants must pass an initial phone screen before they are added to the talent pool.

3. Now that we have a potential pool of candidates that match your position profile we must still determine who is a good fit to interview with your team.

In this stage we verify the candidates understanding of the position, qualifications and position requirements. Candidates who pass are added to the short list of

potential applicants that are sent over to the hiring manager (s) for approval.

4. A confirmed list of candidates along with their resumes and profiles are sent to the hiring manager. Interviews are scheduled in 30 and 60

minute time slots according to the needs of the hiring manager.

5. We send all the resumes from the candidates who apply as well as the sourced candidates for your position.

A follow up conference call is scheduled between your account manager and your hiring team to make sure that we met and hopefully exceeded your expectations.

Career Days can be held at your office or a location we provide you with. We require 10-15 days to source and develop your talent pool prior to the scheduled hiring event.
