Picture for front cover

This is the

photograph I amusing for my

front cover. The

vibrant colours

stand out and

therefore will

make my

magazine stand

out on the

shelves. The use

of wardrobe

gives off the

image that she is

a eccentric

character, the

use of the tiara,

diamonte jacket,

backcombed hair and jewellery show she is almost

a rock princess, however I have made sure that I

have not exaggerated and played on the rock

princess look as my magazine is diverse in music

ranging from rock, indie, rnb, dubstep and hip hop

as these are the types of music teenagers listen to

today.

Contents page photograph

This is one photograph I am

using for my contents page,this is because the the photo

represents her as a music

artist, as in what she would

wear for a gig or concert. The

relaxed pose also makes my

music magazine less formal and

more playful which is more

appealing to teenagers, being

my target audience.

This is my second image for my

contents, I have decided to a

black and white photograph as

it is effective and slightly retro

looking. The use of the guitar

relates to my music magazine

and the use of cigerettes could

appeal to teenagers as peer

pressure into smoking is quite

successful and therefore by seeing a famous

teenage musician smoking could appeal to them. It

also finishes off the look of her being carefree,

young and having fun enjoying her new found fame,

many musicians are seen smoking today and this

have influenced me to use this for my magazine to

promote music. The outfit is also up to date

fashion and therefore appeals to teenagers as it

shows the magazine is up to date, it appeals to

females through its up to date fashion and tomales as the outfit is revealing.

This is my third photo for my

contents page, I have used a

different model to show more

diversity, appealing to both

genders, through fashion and

seductive posing.

Photograph for double page spread

This is my main image for my double page spread,

the scenic background and use of bright colours of

the clothing go very well together as it makes mymodel stand out more. The relaxed pose also

shows a sense comfort between her and the

readers, although I have photographed her slightly

at a low angled shot to show that she is becoming

a famous and well known successful musician and

by her looking down slightly at the camera

represents this.

for my double page spread, I am

using many midshot photographs

the page like a filmstrip. These are to show the

musician in different ways, style and show her
