What is Quick Print Enterprise?

• A software layer on top of the Quick Print Applet

• Enables the same folder and file structures to be sent to all MEAP enabled MFD’s on the network

• Automatically finds updated documents to show ‘up-to-minute’ latest versions on control panels

• Requires a dedicated PC to find and push the dedicated updates

• Files are already spooled on the device and therefore are quick to print (as well as getting info without having to login to the network)

Select Quick Print tab on MEAP applications bar

Select relevant Quick Print folder.

Select relevant Quick Print document for previewing or printing.

How to add a document to Quick Print

Select “File, Print” in the application as normal


Select the “properties” button to bring up the printer driver


Select the “Store” mode


Select the Quick Print box within the store destination

What is ‘Personal Mailbox’

• An extension of the current ‘Mailbox’ functionality on the iR devices

• Provides increased security when retrieving print jobs via Active Directory

• It’s an IT friendly solution

How does it work – Personal Mailbox

Select “File, Print” in the application as normal


Select the “properties” button to bring up the printer driver


Select the “Store” mode


Everybody selects to store their secure jobs in the “Personal Mailbox”

Print job arrives at the MFD but nothing is printed


The MFD cannot be accessed until the user logs in

Enter your normal ActiveDirectory username and password – just the same as logging on to your PC


Only your jobs are displayed to be printed securely

Personal Mailbox knows who you are from your network login
