Candidates selected through first counseling have must take admission by 1:00 pm, 28th June 2013 Friday.

Note:

1. The candidate must produce letter of release/resignation-acceptance from your present employer or other documents (where applicable). Or candidates, who have not completed one year work experience at the time of submission of application, must produce one year work experience by 31st August 2013. Failure to do so will automatically result in cancellation of admission.

2. Those candidates sponsored by institutes other than BPKIHS will have to bring the sponsorship letter from the respective institute at the time of admission. In case of failure to bring the sponsorship letter, the candidates sponsored seat will be cancelled.

3. The candidate must sign a contract/bond as per BPKIHS rules. 4. The candidate must undergo complete medical examination at BPKIHS. In case of

inconclusive results of the medical tests, further tests have to be conducted at the candidate’s expenses at the center suggested by the institute.

5. In case of any dispute related to the medical fitness of the candidate, the decision of the Medical Board of BPKIHS will be final and binding.

6. The candidate must deposit the required fees. 7. The candidate must follow any other instruction/requirements as directed by the
