Position description Position Details Position Title: Organisation: Work Location: Employment Type: Position Reports To: Direct Reports: Digital Marketing Specialist Mother’s Day Classic Foundation (MDCF) Level 23, 150 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000 Full Time General Manager Fundraising and Marketing Nil Role Purpose The primary purpose of this role is to manage the development and implementation of the MDCF marketing plan, creative campaign and to drive the delivery of the communications plan through the provision of appropriate messaging and support materials. The role is responsible for the design work for the MDCF and associated marketing material as well as being responsible for the MDCF website. The role also provides some support to Women In Super (WIS) in designing collateral for the joint MDCF and WIS annual report, as well digital design collateral for two annual WIS campaigns. Key Accountabilities Marketing and communication strategy Manage the development and implementation of the MDCF marketing plan, creative campaign and communications plan including engagement with any external agencies (e.g. The Shannon Company). Utilise the CRM to direct tailored and segmented communications to the MDCF data base. Manage the development, design, approval, production and dissemination of printed material for MDCF such as posters, flyers, certificates, signage, etc. including use of any creative assets from external agencies. Manage and maintain ongoing relationships with graphic designers/creative companies, advertising agencies, printers and web providers, etc. Assist in the coordination of market research including surveys. Digital platforms Working closely with the Digital Content and Fundraising Specialist, ensure artwork and messages delivered through digital platforms comply with brand guidelines and are consistent with other marketing channels. Manage, maintain and update web content for MDCF’s website, particularly during the campaign period. Develop content related protocols to ensure the website complies with brand guidelines and remains up to date.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to manage the development and implementation of the MDCF marketing plan, creative campaign and to drive the delivery of the communications plan through the provision of appropriate messaging and support materials. Position description

• Manage the creation and selection of photography for use on the website and in marketingcollateral.

• Provide website reports and monitor and report on website analytics (Google Analytics)• Maintain the on-line tool kits and resource packs.• Manage, design and distribute eDM’s, e-newsletters, etc, using the CRM and autopilot as

necessary for all MDCF campaigns and participants.

Graphic design and brand management • Develop artwork for all marketing and communications collateral including, but not limited to,

posters, flyers, signage, annual reports, direct mail campaigns, partnershipproposals/presentations, online Event Information Booklet and post-event reports.

• Design of artwork for social platforms and website.• Resizing artwork for use in both digital and print mediums.• Champion the MDCF brand identity across all developed materials.• Manage the MDCF style guide and ensure it is adhered to.• In conjunction with the Partership Specialists, liaise with sponsors regarding their branding on

marketing collateral and at the event.• Provide design advice to volunteer committees.• Create on the day template run sheets, commentary notes and briefing notes for major events.

Women In Super • Design of digital artwork for WIS annual Road Show event and Christmas functions.• Design of joint WIS /MDCF annual report.

Qualifications/ Experience • Tertiary qualified in marketing and/or graphic design or demonstrated experience working in a similar

role for 3+ years.• Significant experience in digital and print design across a range of communication platforms and types;

competent in the Adobe Creative Suite.• Ability to analyse and report on marketing channels and optimise channels as needed.• Experience in a fundraising or charity organisation highly regarded.
