Note : (i) There are two compulsory questions in this paper.

(ii) Each question carries 20 marks.

(iii) Rest 10 marks are for viva-voce.

1. Design a form for creating a new account for a customer for on-line banking

system by the administrator. It should have input fields for creating all the

details of a customer including the PAN. After submitting the detail through the

Submit button the administrator can view the details of all the customers by

clicking Show button and also modify it by clicking Modify button. 20

2. Write a program in JavaScript to create a simple calculator. 20
