Mcintire and D’Amico is an ar tisan manufacturing company specializing in eco-friendly,

hand block-printed textiles for your home. We founded our textile and home accessories collection

in 2009 and have over a decade of experience designing for specialty home decor retailers.

Each nature-inspired design is block-printed by hand on your choice of fine organic cotton or

100% linen fabrics with custom mixed, ear th-friendly inks. The process creates a textural fabric that

has the look and feel of the ar tist’s hand. The vibrant colors of these textiles are fade-resistant and

have a soft feel ensuring your home is accented with a functional work of ar t.

What is Organic Cotton?

Organic agriculture is an ecological production management system that promotes and enhances biodiversity,

biological cycles and soil biological activity. It is based on minimal use of off-farm inputs and on management

practices that restore, maintain and enhance ecological harmony. The primary goal of organic agriculture is to

optimize the health and productivity of interdependent communities of soil life, plants, animals and people.

What does “Certified Organic” mean?

“Certified Organic” means the item has been grown according to strict uniform standards that are verified by

independent state or private organizations. Certification includes inspections of farm fields and processing facili-

ties, detailed record keeping, and periodic testing of soil and water to ensure that growers and handlers are

meeting the standards which have been set.

flax Linen fabric is an eco-friendly Choice

• The whole flax plant can be used, leaving no waste.

• Flax grows naturally and requires less water and fewer pesticides than cotton, making it the more eco-friendly

fabric. Because it’s a natural fiber, flax linen is recyclable and biodegrade.

• Flax is gentle on the land and is easy to incorporate into modern crop rotation cycles,

preventing soil depletion.

• Very little energy is required to process flax.

• Linen yarn is inherently strong, which reduces the need for starching during spinning and weaving.

• Linen fabrics can be recycled into paper and insulation materials for the car industry.

• Flax linen is many times stronger than cotton, which means clothing, window treatments, and upholstery

made from linen are made to last, rather than wind up in a landfill.

All patterns can be printed in any of our selection of fabric grounds. Please keep in mind that colors will vary

depending on the fabric ground. We recommend that you order a sample swatch with your ink selection before

placing your order. Email us at [email protected]. There is a charge of $10 per 12 x 12 inch

swatch.

CUStOM OrderS

Custom orders are welcome. We can use your special design to design a block-printed textile just for you. We

can also produce any of our styles in vir tually any color. There is an upcharge for custom work. Turn around

times will vary. Please call or email us with a description of your project to get a quote.

Net 30 accounts will be established for regular customers. First orders are all prepay.

PaYMent and SHiPPing infOrMatiOn

When we receive the completed order form at [email protected] we will email an invoice

that will allow secure payment by credit card or PayPal.

Prices do not include freight charges. Product is shipped based on volume and not weight. All merchan-

dise will be shipped with the fastest, most economic methods available, unless otherwise requested by the

buyer. Shipping cost will appear on invoice.
