More Than a Decade of Building and Service. …. MCDC traces its history of building way back in the early 90’s when the construction and real estate industry went from a high rolling industry to a major downfall. Amassing the resources of its subsidiaries like NCCRI, Tower Group Inc. & KNL Construction Company and consolidating them to build a more efficient, reliable and competitive company. MCDC was built and founded. To-date, MCDC has survived and flourished the financial crisis which hit the Philippine industry in the late 90’s and has ridden the waves of success in the 2000 era. The local building and real estate industry has taken a big jump in the new era as seen from the various developments springing all over the country. From commercial, residential, to leisure facilities and MCDC is riding the crest of the success wave. To date,

MCDC operates and builds projects nationwide from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, not withstanding and letting logistics get in the way, the company spreads its resources all over the Philippines wherever and whenever something needs to be BUILT.
