The four greatest rock n’ rollers on the planet have assembled to give you a Christmas gift—a MILLION DOLLAR CHRISTMAS gift! Join the smash hit cast of Presley, Perkins, Lewis and Cash for a rip-roaring holiday show that’ll have you rockin’ around the Christmas tree! The show is unlike any other—a full catalogue of classic rock n’ roll hits, plus a special selection of heartwarming holiday tunes, all done up in that unmistakable rockabilly style. Presley, Perkins, Lewis and Cash: A MILLION DOLLAR CHRISTMAS is worth every penny—you won’t want to miss it!

PROFILESBenjamin D. Hale (Johnny Cash) played the part of Johnny Cash in Harrah’s Million Dollar Quartet in Las Vegas. As a lifelong Cash and country music fan, it’s a role that suits him just fine—although he’s not all country. He just

finished a six-year run (3,000 performances!) as an understudy (Raoul) in Phantom of the Opera at the Venetian. He has an incredibly wide range, from the low growl of Johnny Cash to the high operatic notes of Phantom, and everything in between. He plays the guitar, harmonica, bass and the dobro. He writes his own songs and knows his way around the recording studio. He has been in more bands than you can count, playing rock, folk, country and blues. Currently his band Crimson Balladeers is a blend of Americana, country and rock.

Zach Ryan (Carl Perkins, Lead Guitar) began as a drummer in a high school jazz and pep band. After discovering the Beatles through the movie Help! he got his first guitar. He has written songs and fronted bands in Las Vegas and Nashville for

the past eight years. He currently tours with a handful of artists and performs his own material in Nashville and around the country.

Eric Stang (Jerry Lee Lewis) is a keyboardist, bassist, singer, actor and music producer. He was born in Chicago and raised in Highland Park, IL. Stang graduated from Chicago’s DePaul University School of Music with a B.Mus. in Jazz Studies. He has

performed as a professional musician since age 14, in a restaurant/bar, the youngest solo act in Illinois, which landed him on the cover of the Chicago Tribune. Stang has performed in venues such as House of Blues, Howl at the Moon, B.B. King’s Blues Club (Times Square), Park West, Aragon Ballroom, Taste of Chicago, SummerFest in Milwaukee, New World Stages and Whiskey A Go Go.

As a keyboardist/bassist/producer, Stang has recorded for artists such as KanyeWest, Twista, Malik Yusef, Desi Valentine, Lauren Ruth Ward, Will Champlin, Taylor John Williams (“The Voice”) and more.

As an actor and pianist, Stang portrayed Jerry Lee Lewis in the Tony-Award winning musical “Million Dollar Quartet” during its successful runs in Chicago and New York. Stang had the rare opportunity to play “Great Balls of Fire” on Jerry Lewis’ original piano at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland. Though a Chicago boy through and through, Stang now lives in Los Angeles where he runs his own recording studio and produces songs and music videos with his indie alt band Polarcode.

Stang recently performed with Selena Gomez as her pianist and backup singer on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Ellen and The Today Show. He currently performs as the house piano player/singer at Mastro’s Ocean Club in Malibu. Stang also provides memorable event entertainment around Los Angeles, such as leading the band for the 50th birthday celebration of the beautiful and talented Salma Hayek.

Toby Caldwell (Drums). Some of Caldwell’s earliest memories are sitting on the very comfortable couch in his dad’s recording studio. Don Caldwell Studios was a mainstay in the West Texas Music Scene,

opening in the early 70s and still producing great music today. He was able to hear world class musicians perform and hear it captured the way it should be.

Along with running a studio, Caldwell’s father is a great “Texas Tenor” saxophonist. He had a band called the Lubbock Texas Rhythm Machine and played almost every weekend. By the time Caldwell was 12, he was going to all of the gigs, helping with sound and listening to one of the best drummers in the world. Then his dad decided to start a live music venue called The Cactus Theater, which had live concerts every weekend, featuring all kinds of touring acts. Soon Caldwell was running sound and lights for all the shows. He had the opportunity to work with professional local musicians and pro touring artists like Asleep at the Wheel, Mac Davis, Richie McDonald, Terry Allen, Joe Ely, Michael Martin Murphey, The Count Basie Orchestra, Jerry Jeff Walker, The Texas Tornadoes and many others.

While mixing shows with the house band, Caldwell found himself drawn to the drums. His dad helped him get together a drum set out of parts from an old studio kit. Needless to say, Caldwell was hooked. He went to a local jam a few months later and as luck would have it, he got the gig as the house drummer for the jam and started playing three or four nights a week.

When Caldwell was 17, he took over Caldwell Studios. He was able to record tons of music with great gear and work with many talented local and national acts. Around that time, he started subbing gigs on drums at the Cactus. Eventually he became the bandleader for the theater and produced and played on many of the shows they did. He also attended Texas Tech University and studied percussion under Alan Shinn. He played drums in the two o’clock big band, several jazz combos and was a member of an organ trio with his brother, Todd Caldwell, and the TTU head of jazz studies, Brad Leali.

Caldwell’s life has been very blessed and he has always had the support of his wonderful family. In the last few years he has felt driven to go out on his own and pursue his dreams. He considered his options and ended up in Nashville. Caldwell has a home studio where he tracks drums and bass and does his mixes. He looks forward to the next chapter of his life, working his way into the scene and participating in some great music.

Victor Trevino Jr. (Elvis Presley) is rated as one of the top Elvis Tribute Artists in the world. While his roots are from Texas, he loves taking his performance anywhere. He has been invited to perform on many stages all over the

world including Australia, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Japan, Mexico, Spain, Sweden and the UK. Also he has been seen on CNN.

He performs for the world’s largest tribute show, Legends in Concert, including a residency in Las Vegas where Legends in Concert is still the longest show running on the Las Vegas Strip. He is currently with the Elvis Lives tour, and he is the only Elvis sanctioned by Graceland. He is also currently touring with Presley, Perkins, Lewis & Cash. Trevino has opened for Grammy award-winning acts such as Boys II Men and Foreigner at fundraising and private events. He has also had the honor to work with some of Elvis’ colleagues and friends such as Wanda Jackson, Joe Esposito, Art Adams and DJ Fontana (Elvis’ original drummer).

In 2014 Trevino was named an ambassador and given a key to the city of Tupelo, Mississippi (Elvis’ hometown). Trevino never claims to be Elvis because he believes “there is only ONE Elvis Presley.” But his goal is to recreate the magic, wildness and showmanship of one of the world’s greatest and most influential entertainers.

Jonny Bowler (Upright Bass) started playing double bass around 1984. Having played for a rockabilly band Get Smart (who were part of the English 80s rockabilly revival) he later joined the Guana Batz, one of the UK’s premier psychobilly

bands in 1988.

Bowler has played and recorded with various bands including Get Smart, Guana Batz, The Caravans, The Frantic Flintstones, Levi Dexter, Wanda Jackson, Lemmy (Motörhead) in his side band Head Cat and others.

Growing up listening to Elvis, Buddy Holly and other Rockabilly legends, Bowler has toured all across the United States, Europe, America, Brazil and Japan.

Bowler is active in the So-Cal rockabilly scene and is still playing headline concerts in America and Europe with the Batz.

Without the generous support of the Friends of the MAC we would not be the cultural hub of DuPage County. We gratefully thank our friends and we invite others to join them.
