The structure of the Member Committee within AIESEC in Tunisia 09/10 will be looking this way:
For each position, you will have a description about: The role The functional area responsibilities Skills & knowledge needed
MCVP Talent Management & LC Development
AIESEC in Tunisia 2009 – 2010
Role:1. Designing and implementing an education strategy.2. Preparing and providing the right information for the LC
VPs TM.3. Designing, developing and tracking the implementation
of Learning Processes in the LCs and in the national level for members & trainees.
4. Aligning the local learning activities according to the national direction.
5. Supporting the MC in strategic & development tasks.6. Insuring that all the elements of the learning
environment are included in all the local & national activities.
Functional area responsibilities: 1. Talent processes:
Create materials to guide the LCs in different steps of the TM process.
Coach the LCs on using the different national materials.
Establish rewards & recognition criteria at the national level.
Implement member development tracking process. Work with the VPs X in developing "Issue Based
Experience" knowledge and implementation.
2. Conference development & management: Manage promotion and awareness of national
conferences. Overall agenda manager of national conferences. Manage partnerships based on different stages of the
AIESEC experience.3. Knowledge management:
Educate and coach LC VPs in Talent Management. Manage Talent Management related news, wikis,
forums on myAIESEC.net. Communicate with International network (AI VP TM,
other MC VPs TM, Global TMU).4. LCs' sustainability development:
Develop strategy to support growth in low and medium performing LCs.

Directly coach and support high potential LCs to increase performance results.
Support with LC performance tracking and management.
Develop and implement performance evaluation system for LCs.
Evaluate LC sustainability based on global Measurements of Success.
5. LCs' planning & performance tracking: Support LCs in annual planning. Coach & work directly with LCs in objectives' revision. Support LCs in transition.
6. LCs' extension: Follow up with the current extension initiative in
Sousse "Hadrumet". Conduct market evaluation in potential expansions'
cities. Coordination and revision of extension requests.

MCVP Information Management & Communication
Role:1. Developing commitment of all members to follow
common direction and achieve the overall goals of the organization.
2. Maintaining high efficiency of the internal communication channels for a better organizational performance.
3. Developing with the different VPs the functional area tracking systems in order to create an efficient follow up system.

4. Sustaining Media partnerships' covering different local & national events.
5. Educating members on brand awareness inside campuses and during AIESEC events.
6. AIESEC National website management & updates.
Functional area responsibilities: 1. Brand development & awareness:
Design with the MCVP TM induction and education packages for LCs.
Conduct annual brand audit. Create with MC VPs (concerned with sales) activities
aligned to the brand.2. Media partnerships' development:
Develop and implement a national communication plan.
Evaluate potential median partnerships at MC level. Develop media reports, media releases, and articles. Coordinating "I am an AIESECer" campaign across all
the LCs.3. WEB Presence management:
Manage: www.aiesec.org/tn Quality control of LC websites Support the MC team in IS management
(myAIESEC.net).4. Internal communications' management:
Coach and provide support to LCs. Conduct brand audits on printed materials and
website content. Create and distribute MC newsletters (internal &
external). Manage information flow from AI to AIESEC Tunisia
network via myAIESEC.net

MCVP Corporate Development
AIESEC in Tunisia 2009 – 2010
Role:1. Ensuring the financial sustainability of the MC through
developing new corporate partnerships.2. Supporting LCs to generate higher revenues on core-
work based products.3. Coordinating the CD approach on the areas of:
Corporate approach, segments and investment approach.
4. Sustaining all existing national partnerships through perfect corporate servicing.
5. Being updated about all the eventual corporate networking events & fairs.
Functional area responsibilities: 1. Partners' account management:
Coach LCVPs on ensuring a proper corporate servicing.
Manage relationships with current partners. Attending servicing meetings with national partners. Work with the MC VP TM to organize conference
external days to integrate partners. Delivering on partnership recognition and benefits
promises. 2. Market research & fundraising:
Prospecting and researching potential partners. Securing funding by writing proposals for corporate
sponsorship. Coordinating partnership launches at conferences. Run sales meetings with senior business leaders. Develop proposals and other supporting materials.
3. Corporate networking events attendance: Network with corporate to promote AIESEC's
programs and operations. Attend and leverage networking events. Build sustainable partnerships across the country.
4. National sales' training management: Manage the optional sales conferences for members. Develop awards & recognition system for attendees. Auditing the sales flow at LCs level.
Skills & knowledge needed:

1. Demonstrated sales, marketing, fundraising and external relations experience.

MCVP Non Corporate Development
Role:1. Development of the relationship with the government
through a constant communication concerning all the national and local activities.
2. Ensuring the financial sustainability of the MC through developing new non corporate partnerships (Ministries, other NGOs, student organizations…)
3. Coaching LCs on non corporate approach.4. Being updated about all the eventual corporate
networking events & fairs. 5. Sustaining the communication with alumni for further
involvement and donations.
Functional area responsibilities: 1. Government recognition development:
Communicating different activities and financial reports to government officials.
Designing with the VP IM & Com a constant information flow with clear timelines.
Informational meetings before national events for eventual fundraising & support.
2. Partnership development with NGOs:
AIESEC in Tunisia 2009 – 2010
Market research about national NGOs. Working on developing initiatives with NGOs. Making them involved in national conferences and
national PBOXs depending on the theme.3. Competitive analysis of the student
organizations: Analyzing structures and objectives of the biggest
student organizations present in the national level.
Research opportunities & threats for AIESEC.4. Non Corporate networking events attendance:
Network with non corporate to promote AIESEC's programs and operations.
Attend and leverage networking events. Build sustainable partnerships across the country.
5. Alumni relations' development: Manage national alumni database. Explore opportunities for alumni involvement. Prospecting and researching potential alumni
donors. Providing organizational updates to alumni
through newsletters.

MCVP Expansions
Role:
AIESEC in Tunisia 2009 – 2010
1. Supporting & communicating with the international expansions
2. Communicating for both national & international networks around different actions steps taken within the expansions.
3. National education about expansions' benefits and manners to expand
4. Create GCPs around international expansions for the global network.
Functional area responsibilities: 1. Long term plan for international expansions
(Algeria/KSA): Strategic development for the expansions in order to
sustain their existence. Working with the MCPs (Algeria/KSA) on designing
action steps and understanding the responsibility of both parts.
2. Communication between the MC and expansions: Receiving all the updates concerning the work done
within the expansions. Sending all the needed information from the MC to
the expansions. Defining clear timelines for different action steps.
3. Expansions' visit & follow up: Fundraising for expansions' visit. Working with the VP F to design an annual budget for
expansions. Preparing concrete objectives and concrete outcomes
before the visits. Supporting the expansions during visits in different
tasks and especially AIESEC representation for stakeholders.
4. GCPs creation around expansions: Gathering all the necessary information about the
previous actions steps taken for and within the expansions.
Updating AI & GN about the work done. Communication with other countries working on
expansions for GCPs creation.

MCVP Projects
Role:1. Promoting & educating LCs on GN initiatives
(CEE/MENA).2. Ensuring a successful delivery for the GN Initiatives to
LCs.3. Collecting data about global initiatives.4. Development of national projects & getting LCs'
involvement.5. Managing the exchange process in cooperation with the
MC VP Xers.
Functional area responsibilities: 1. Promotion and education of the GN initiatives:
Understanding the current GN projects from the GN Project Manager.
Educating LCs through LC visits and virtual meetings about the benefits of each project for their local growth.
Designing a follow up system for the LCs to track projects' performance.
2. Data collecting about the global initiatives: Research different initiatives from which AIESEC
Tunisia can benefit from.

Adapt those projects to the national reality in case of feasibility.
3. Internal trends research4. Exchange Management:
Manage the exchange flow for different national initiatives.
Update MC VP Xers about the projects' contribution to the national numbers.
5. National projects development: Developing and implementing projects (not
necessary PBOXs) such as Talent Symposium, sponsoring & getting involvement in national public events related to students' development.
Preparing proposals and marketing calls for the developed projects.
