Conclusion At last it can be concluded that among 50 students there are

more of extroverts, confident students and some students lack confidence and do not interact much. This kind of behaviour is not tolerated by the business organizations as they are in a need of a candidate with a good personality, a smart mind and the capability of judging or analyzing things in an appropriate manner within the given time frame. So this concludes to the fact that in order to get recruited by a good company, individuals should possess all the qualities of a good manager as there is a lot of competition out there and there are no compromises in the corporate world.
