As shown, The underground MRT not only use of transport, it have also shopping mall for people to buy things in turn bring in economy.

Furthermore, when people are hungry after a ride, they can buy things in the underground shopping mall which in turn contribute to the economy

Furthermore, by having the MRT station underground, it is conserving the land as Singapore have the problem of land shortage.

At first, the underground MRT is just only for transport however, the government find it another way to conserve the land by setting up shopping mall underground.Which bring revenue to the government
