Maxwel Metals (India) Private Limited, incorporated in November 2000, is a private limited company

registered with the ROC, Patna having Corporate Identification Number (CIN)

1) Industrial Area, Hajipur, Vaishali – 844 102, Bihar.

We are engaged for the past nineteen years and are among leading players in the industry for the

manufacturing and supplying ROPP Aluminium Caps as well as Multicolor Tin Posters/Show Boards.

ROPP Aluminium Caps act as sealing devices fitted in glass, plastic and metal containers,

thereby, preventing pilferage. Consumed by a wide range of industries, the consistent spurt in

demand for ROPP Caps is attributed to growing market demand for premium packaging.

Multicolor Metal Posters/Show Boards are metal posters used mainly in Government sector as

well as Private sector for advertisement and IEC (Information, Education, and Communication)

activities on a mass scale in urban as well as rural areas.

Key Personnel

The company has been in business for more than a decade and a half and is professionally managed by

a team of highly qualified and motivated individuals. Hailing from diverse professional backgrounds, the

team includes seasoned entrepreneurs and an esteemed panel of Engineers, Operation Managers, etc.

for various specialized functions all exhibiting a high degree of professional competence.

Shyam Sunder Banka, CEO of the Company, holds an MBA from the prestigious L N

Mishra Business School, Muzaffarpur. His role at Maxwel has been more of a mentor and

a torchbearer. He brings with himself tremendous industry experience of more than two

decades. He is looking after the operations of the Company besides lending insights into

important policy-level decisions.

Aashish Banka, a commerce graduate hailing from a renowned business family, is at

helm of affairs of the company and is supervising the operations of the Company. The

Promoter Director brings with himself around twenty years of experience in

manufacturing and marketing of products dealt with by the Company. He is also actively

engaged with and holds important positions in reputed social organizations like Bihar

Chamber of Commerce & Industries, Bihar Industries Association, Rotary International,

Adhyatmik Satsang Samiti, among others.

PRODUCTS

Roll-On-Pilfer-Proof (ROPP) Caps

ROPP Caps made of Aluminium fine widespread is used across industries, pharmaceuticals and liquor

industries being major consumers.

At Maxwel, we prize our customers and cater to their varied needs by offering a wide range of high quality

Aluminium ROPP Caps, especially designed for sealing different types of bottles and containers.

We manufacture ROPP Caps from Aluminium Sheets conforming to grades of 40800 or 31000 of IS :

737 in annealed condition. Our products go through a number of process controls, quality tests including

smell test, sealing test, etc. and packaging control. Besides, we follow quality controls during the

production process, right from start till the final dispatch of goods following Line Clearances at every

stage.

Material:

Aluminium (Alloy 8014 | Temper 1414): We use highest grade of Aluminium sourced from Hindalco Rolled Billets to manufacture PP Caps for high class sealing.

Ink: we use the best in class ink for enhanced gloss and visibility.

Coatings: Only FDA Certified Food Grade Coatings are used for internal lacquering on the caps as it comes in direct contact with the material that is stored.

EP Wads: we source only the best quality, smell tested EP Wads

Manufacturing Process:

ROPP closures are made from a flat sheet of aluminium which then goes into a punching machine to give

it its shape. Depending on the length of the closure it could go through several punching machines to

make a pre-form known as a shell? (The shell of the closure is then side printed if required). The shell is

then taken to another machine to have all the details put on it. Then another machine will insert the liner.

EPE liners are foam liners which come ready to be inserted into the closure, the EPE liner is inserted by

a machine taking the shell cap and inserting it in. The EPE liner is retained by the retaining ring.

We, at Maxwel, print Aluminium ROPP Caps using Flat Litho Method which means the print of the

closures is printed pre-distorted.

THE FACTORY PREMISES

Situated at Plot Nos C-50(P), C-51(P), C-60, & C-61P, within the BIADA Industrial Area at Hajipur in

Vaishali District of Bihar, is spread over a sprawling campus. Being located in the best and most vibrant

industrial area of the State, the unit enjoys all advantages associated with any well-developed industrial

area.

The factory is connected to all the major centers in the State via Roadways and Railways. Patna, the

state capital right across the Ganga Bridge (Gandhi Setu) is within a distance of around 25 Kilometers

from the factory premises.

We are a SSI unit having adequate infrastructure and latest state of the art machinery with Hot Printing

Oven for execution of high quality and high volume orders within given timeframe.
