Maxoptra Patient Transportation is a dynamic software scheduling solution designed to deal (automatically and manually) with the multi-dimensional complexity of real-time allocation of patient bookings to the available fleet of speciality vehicles – taking into account patients’ preferences, types of booked journeys, vehicle specification and customer service levels under contracts with hospitals. The system is capable of managing thousands of patient journeys every day, and (where allowed) enables combining several patient bookings on one vehicle, saving mileage, time and money.

The solution also provides an easy-to-use online Booking Form and Patient Admission and Discharge screen for hospital staff, a comprehensive fleet management module and a mobile application for drivers to communicate job details and status updates.
