1. Strengthen the core product, by focusing on top feature requests from customers

2. Enhance usability, reporting and organisation of features around business solutions, to help you roll out, measure and demonstrate the value of your service offerings

3. Respond to and take advantage of the evolving IT landscape with new, complimentary, features
