Matthew Lotze is a well qualified professional who is living in San Diego, California. He pursued a PhD. from Trinity University in the department of religious studies with area of concentration Sociological Theology.

Matthew Lotze has organized and managed seven businesses. He oversaw legal, H/R, compliance, and operational issues, thus he has good working knowledge of various industries. In addition to this, he has also managed a team of four senior managers and more than 350 working professionals.

He established MBA Internship Employment Program, a non-traditional MBA program, that served more than 30 students from 15 universities annually. He was engaged in this program from 1998 to 2005. There were seven companies that were involved in this program and it helped the students to enhance their business skills by learning business management in various industries.
