With their diverse experience and similar approach to customer service, it should come as no surprise that Shireen Ferguson and Matthew Carr, are quickly making a name for themselves as one of the top producing teams in the lucrative Orange County area.

After meeting each other while working at Blue Pacifi c Property, the duo quickly realized that they were the perfect complement to each other and offi cially formalized their partnership in 2014. “While Matt and I bring our own unique perspectives to the table, we share the same kind

of work dynamic. It was an easy decision to become partners.”

In August of 2014, Carr and Ferguson brought their talents to Keller Williams. “Not only does Keller Williams offer Shireen and I top notch resources and agent support, they do everything they can to help us achieve our goals of growing our team and our business.”

The key to Carr and Ferguson’s success has been their absolute devotion to their clients and the community that they represent. “Matt and I both come from customer service backgrounds and that’s the one area where we’ve really been able to stand out. These days clients can do a lot for themselves

online, which is why we offer our services as advisors rather than salespeople.” A great example of their desire to advise and help people in real estate is their involvement in hosting corporate ‘Lunch and Learns’ with local businesses. “The key to a smooth transaction is excellent communication and a well informed buyer or seller. We strive to educate our clients on the expectations and realities of today’s real estate market.” Our specialty is really building and maintaining relationships, that extends to the community as well. our reputation for integrity, makes our clients trust us from the get go and makes the transaction run a lot smoother.”

Carr adds, “Not only do we offer a higher level of marketing than most agents, but we offer that level of quality marketing for every client, no matter the price point. We really go the extra mile for our clients. We want to provide them with a level of service that they

haven’t experienced before.”

In addition to their busy careers, Matt and Shireen are both very active with several charitable organizations. Shireen volunteers with the Assistance League of Orange, which primarily helps women and children in need. Matt is involved with veterans organizations and works with the American Legion of Orange County. In 2015, both Matt and Shireen will be working with

the Orange County Association of REALTORS® ‘Volunteer Committee’ program, which is based around the spirit of volunteerism, and looks to get REALTORS® more involved.

The pair would like to grow The Carr Ferguson Group, in order to continue helping past, present and future clients, while cementing their reputation as top agents who truly care about the community that they represent. “Establishing goodwill

in Orange County and with our clients is what it’s all about for me and Shireen. If we have a client who’s had a bad experience in the past, we want to not only exceed their expectations but really erase any negative connotations that they have about REALTORS®.” Shireen agrees, “It’s part of the ‘American Dream’ to own your own home. So for Matt and I to be a part of helping that come true for people is a very rewarding experience.”
