Instructions

1. Cut felt pieces according to the pattern.

2. Blanket stitch the base of the face to the top of body, then repeat with matching pieces as shown.

3. Begin blanket stitching the two halves together, starting at the head.

4. Continue blanket stitching one side of the two halves together, leaving the bottom open.

5. Blanket stitch one side of the base to the opening.

6. Glue nose and eye beads in place.

7. Secure beads by sewing to the face.

8. Complete blanket stitching the body pieces together, leaving the bottom open.

9. Stu� the body with batting.

10. Blanket stitch the body closed.

11. Blanket stitch the two hat pieces together, leaving the bottom open.

12. Blanket stitch around the opening of the hat.

13. Stu� the hat with batting.

14. Apply glue to the inside of the hat and attach to the head.

15. Blanket stitch around the beard.

16. Attach cheeks, eyebrows, and beard with hot glue. Leave the sides and the bottom of the beard free.

17. Blanket stitch the mushroom base together, adding a bit of batting.

18. Blanket stitch the mushroom cap together, leaving a slit open. Blanket stitch one side of the opening, then the other. Slide the mushroom base into the cap, and glue into place.
