• WHEELS SHOULD BE READILY ACCESSIBLE FOR MAINTENANCE, AND INCLUDE PROVSION FOR INDEPENDENT ALIGNMENT.
• JACK DOWN IDLER WHEELS, OR MULTIPLE WHEEL END TRUCKS TO ALLOW RECOVERY IN THE EVENT OF BEARING OR WHEEL FAILURE.
