Material World has designed power

point presentations for MDs of Private Indian and multinational companies; in one case the team translated their knowledge in the material resource problem into a high impact presentation for a non supply chain audience contextualizing to the organization’s current systems.

In another case Material World

studied inventory management and purchase intelligence systems of a large engineering company and designed a more effective system. The company in question had recently merged with an international leader and was somewhat in the dark ahead of a heavyweight compliance visit of their international principal. Armed with its world class best practices knowledge Material World had the solution ready within a record three weeks time. Subsequently the company implemented the solution.

Material World team delivered

Stephen Covey’s Seven Effective Habits in Bangla to executives of a mid size pharmaceutical company. Being a mid sized organization most employees were not conversant in the English language. Material World team overcame the language barrier; infusion of knowledge was completed: knowledge sharing has no language-it was validated.

Companies have their own tested brand of self-motivation. Material World team successfully implemented a training intervention to motivate high-end associates and drew a balance in

Management of a leading medical

appliances brand wanted training of its regular executives; outsourced employees as well as associates (logistics service providers etc.) on a single forum. The idea was to bind the team as unit despite varying status of stakes.
