Bookings for the 2018 Festive Season are underway and Marty @ Oakdene is once again proud to offer its unique & eclectic venue as the perfect setting for your Christmas function this year.

We have a variety of function spaces for your group, along with tailored food & beverage packages to suit everyone. We do recommend booking early to secure your preferred space while it’s still available – our

Oakdene Terrace area & Gardens are a very popular choice for corporate functions.

Our Christmas packages have been designed to cater for both seated & standing functions offering an extensive selection of food options, these packages start from $50 per person. The menus showcase

modern Australian cuisine featuring local produce where available.

We also offer a beverage package boasting a wonderful selection of Award Winning Oakdene Estate grown wines & local and imported beers. Oakdene Vineyard has a Red 5 Star James Halliday rating. This

package is from $59 per person, or we can arrange a bar tab or consumption package if that better suits your budget.

If you are looking for a magical outdoor location to hold your Christmas event, then our Restaurant Fairy Tale Garden area is the perfect location for you. Surrounded by beautiful vibrant Pine and Cyprus trees, scattered fairy & festoon lighting and our eclectic art collection, the gardens are a unique spot to showcase your guests. Option One – $50 per person – Grazing Excluding Beverages Produce Table: The Oakdene Produce table is designed around sharing with friends and colleagues while exploring some local regional delicacies & some naughty snack items that we all love to indulge in Gourmet Pizza’s: A selection of house-made gourmet pizzas designed to be shared amongst guests *Add on dessert option $10 per person Option Two - $60 per person – Canapes Excluding Beverages 3 x small canapes (additional small canape $5 per person) 3 x substantial canapes (additional substantial canape $8 per person) A selection of assorted dessert canapes *Add on Late Night Snack (dinner events only) $10 per person, served at 10.00-10.30pm before guests depart venue Please note this area is not sheltered, however we offer structural marquees if required to provide cover for your guests.

to decorate the room as you wish. A room hire charge may apply to booking these areas. A 4-Course Banquet Tasting Menu created especially by our kitchen team to showcase local and regional produce. Each course is served banquet style to your table allowing guests to share & enjoy throughout the lunch or dinner. Courses can also be matched with one of our Award-Winning Oakdene Estate grown wines should you choose.

Christmas Beverage Packages Oakdene has a full selection of wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks to choose from. You can also pre-select beverages on the night for your guests which will be available upon arrival to save time. Option One - $59 per person

Children’s Menus We offer a 2-Course Children’s Menu for $25 for children under the age of 12. The menu includes a choice of grilled Steak or Chicken & is served with Chips and Vegetables followed by vanilla ice cream. This meal is also accompanied with a soft drink or juice.

Cakes If you require a cake for your Christmas event we can arrange these for you through a local supplier in Geelong called Cakesmith. If you would like to have the cake served as dessert there is a $7.50/person cakeage charge. Due to Health and Safety regulations we require all cakes brought onto the premises to be purchased from a reputable supplier with a food hygiene safety certificate. Unfortunately, if you do bring a homemade cake, you will be unable to consume it at Oakdene.

As an added extra, we will provide you with complimentary Bon Bons for your Christmas event throughout December. You are also welcome to bring along flowers, balloons or other decorations to help you celebrate, however we ask you do not stick anything onto the walls. Should you like us to help arrange this for you, we are able to do so for an additional cost. Confirming your reservation To secure all reservations a $200 deposit is required. Reservations are not confirmed until a payment has been made. We require final numbers no later than 48 hours prior to the function date. Any change in numbers after this time or no shows on the day will be charged at full price.
