Marlon Molmisa (Kuya Lon) is a social entrepreneur, author, and youth inspired speakerwho has already spoken and trained thousands of young people from different youth groups,

educational institutions, Sangguniang Kabataan, youth ministries, churches, NGO's, and SMEs

since 2007. He is the current President of the Elevaxion Project, a social enterprise under

Mzone Training Services, the Top Brand Philippines’s 2013 Youth Workshop-Training Provider

of the Year. He currently works as the Business Developer of the BGM Corporation which

manages a LPG, Laundry, Spa, and other service-related businesses.

Makati 2013. He also served as a

member of Pamantasan ng Lungsod

ng Pasig Board of Regents in 2010-

2011. He received the SARANGJE

Integrity Award of Pasig Student

Consumers Cooperative, University

Leadership Award and Socio-Civic

Award of PLPasig in 2011. He

received a certificate for SocialEntrepreneurship and Youth

Leadership from the Ateneo de

Manila University- School of

Government.

Aside from being a businessman andyouth leadership advocate, Marlon is

also a licensed professional teacher

who’s now maximizing his purpose in

training and public speaking. He conducts

youth leadership workshops from

different schools (elementary to college)and companies (young professionals). He

develops leadership curriculum and

personality development lessons for

young people and students.
