Status:FullTime(B2|Exempt)TheMarketingCoordinatorisresponsibleforthedevelopmentandimplementationofthemarketingandpublicrelationsstrategyforVictoryCathedral.Thisemployeedevelopsrelationshipswithorganizations,businesses,individuals,andvendorsinterestedinsupportingthemissionandvisionofVictoryCathedral.Reportsto:DirectorofMedia&CommunicationsPOSITIONRESPONSIBILITIES:
a. Deviseandimplementoverallmarketingstrategyforthechurchandindividualprojectsandinitiatives
b. Maintainandbroadensocialnetworkingtobenefitmissionandvisionc. Coordinateregularsocialmediapostacrossallplatformsd. Maintainsandkeepcurrentthewebsiteaccordingtovisione. Preparesand/oroverseesletters,emailsandothercorrespondencetomembersandcommunity
tohelparticulatethevisionf. Formulatemarketingreportsbycollecting,analyzing,andsummarizinganalyticsdatafromthe
websiteandallsocialmediaplatforms.g. Researchindustrytrendsandpresentinnovativesolutionsthatwillenhancethevisionofministryh. Produceclearandconcisewrittencorrespondenceintheformofletters,emails,andpress
releasesi. Maintainandupdatememberdatabaseandemaillistj. Coordinateflowofinformationandcommunicationanddisseminateitaccordingtotheministry’s
strategyk. Analyzeandimprovecommunicationefficiencieswithintheorganizationl. Partnerwithvendorstocreatemarketingcollateralforministryandevents(i.e.flyers,logos,etc.)m. Helpcultivateandexpandsponsorshipanddonorrelationshipsn. Developandmaintainvendordatabaseandrelationshipso. Createanddistributesurveysthatcapturesthedemographicsandneedsofthepeopleweservep. Manageallaspectsofvolunteerteams,includingbutnotlimitedtorecruit,train,supervision,and
developq. PursueandsharestoriesofpeoplethatillustratesthevisionofVictoryCathedralWorshipCenterr. Monitorsbudgetsbycomparingandanalyzingactualresultswithplansandforecastss. Establishandexpandmerchandiseopportunities
MINIMUMREQUIREMENTS&QUALIFICATIONS
a. Graduationfrom4-yearcollegeoruniversityb. Minimumof5-yearrelatedworkexperiencec. Experiencewithwebsitemanagementd. KnowledgeofPhotoshoporIllustratore. ExperiencewithSocialMediaplatforms(InstaGram,FaceBook,Twitter,YouTube,SnapChat)f. ExperiencewithMassCommunicationsystems(ConstantContact,MailChimp,etc.)
