From a young age of 28 Marcus Hills set up his own business Western Rim Property Company in 2004. Since then the company has grown from humble beginnings to the business empire that is seen today. Marcus Hiles is not only the owner of the company but also plays an active role in the day to day running of the business. This enables him to make sure that his morals and principles are adhered to at all times. Marcus believes that being based in a particular community doesn’t mean that you only need to operate as a business taking money from the local community and making profit from the sales that are generated. Instead he believes that money also needs to be given back to the local community that supports the business. It is this ethos that makes the Western Rim Property Company unique.

In modern times many people have little time to stop and think about others, it is rare that people would give up hours of their own time. As many people say time is money and that is certainly true in the business world and for many people who might have a family and a house to run and have little time to spare. That is not to say that Texas is a poor state, comparably speaking no where in the United States of America can be described as poor. That said even Middle Class more affluent communities and people require help sometimes and it is that sense of community and togetherness that Marcus Hiles holds dear.

Therefore Marcus has always been a great fan of actively supporting the local community even giving his own time at weekends to help disadvantaged individuals in the local area
