• Bridge the gap between you and the partner

WHY BUILD LINKS?• It is one of the most important ranking
factors for Google (~200 different factors)• Adds credibility to your website (think
endorsements)• Google is a growing online catalogue. The
more links we get then more of a chance we get to be in the front of the line • Every site you get listed on is like a piece
of online real estate, this means referrals and branding!

WHAT CAN YOU DO?
• Top Priority: Find out if the group booking with us, has a website• Would having the hotel(s) listed on the partner’s website be
apart of the agreement or is it a separate cost?• Inform the contact of the group that the hotel has a dedicated
person that handles all website related inquires• E-Mail me the website and contact’s name/email/phone, ASAP
• This will allow me time to write the copy, get graphics and anything else that may be needed
• Once a month, send me a list of special events

within a dedicated hotel section within the website• Possibility of creating a package, value add or deal for the partnership as
applicable• Overall anything that will enhance the partnership
