2. TO REDUCE RISK OF FIRE OR EXPLOSION, DO NOT INSTALL WHERE THE MARKED OPERAT-ING TEMPERATURE EXCEEDS THE IGNITION TEMPERATURE OF THE HAZARDOUS AT-MOSPHERE(S).

3. THIS FIXTURE SHOULD BE INSTALLED BY QUALIFIED TECHNICIANS IN STRICT ACCOR-DANCE WITH THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE AND ANY LOCAL REQUIREMENTS.

INSTALLATION FIGURE BTYPICAL CABLE CONNECTIONS TO MAR FIXTURE

1. Refer to Fig. A on page two for installation.

2. For supply connections use wire suitable for at least900C.

3. To make electrical connection using cable, it is notnecessary to open the fixture. The fixture wires areexposed for your convenience. Conn~ct black lead toincoming phase ("hot") line lead, white lead toincoming neutral, and green lead to ground lead.Feed wires into fixture and seal entry with 3/4 in.NPT CG type water tight connector, or equal. (Cableand connectors not supplied). See Fig. B.

4. To make standard electrical connections usingconduit, push wires into hub. Install conduit to thefixture. Unlatch lens frame on both sides of thefixture. Remove lamp. Remove two 10-32 pan headscrews holding the reflector, and remove thereflector, revealing the wiring chamber of the fixture.Connect black, white, and green wires as shown instep three. Replace reflector and lamps. Close lensf~tI.r.ne.See Fig. C.
